About the VIP Program
If you've spent time on online betting platforms, you know that not all VIP programs are created equal. Some are just labels with no real benefits, some are hard to advance through, and some offer perks that don't match the commitment required. At ibet789agent, we designed our VIP program differently — straightforward, transparent, and genuinely delivering the value you deserve.
The ibet789agent VIP Program is built on one simple principle: every ringgit you spend on our platform earns you rewards. Whether you're playing slots, betting on your favourite sports match, or sitting at the baccarat table — every gaming activity automatically accumulates VIP Points in your account.
The VIP points accumulation system at ibet789agent is designed to be as straightforward as possible. For every RM 10 you wager on any game or market on our platform, you receive 1 VIP Point. Points accumulate automatically with no manual action required on your part.
The points earning rate may vary slightly by game category. Slot games and the Game Lobby typically offer the standard points rate. For Sports Betting and Live Casino, the rate may differ slightly depending on the bet type. All earning rates can be reviewed on the VIP program terms page in your account.
One thing we are especially proud of about the ibet789agent VIP Program is no expiry date on the points you accumulate. Unlike other loyalty programs that impose expiry dates, your VIP Points at ibet789agent last forever as long as your account is active. This means you can accumulate at your own pace with no pressure.
Automatic Upgrade: When your VIP Points reach the next tier threshold, your upgrade happens automatically and you'll receive a notification in your account. Once upgraded, all benefits of your new tier take effect immediately.
One of the most popular benefits of the ibet789agent VIP program is the weekly cashback system, calculated based on your playing activity throughout the week. Cashback is calculated from your net losses over the week and credited directly to your account every Monday.
For example, if you are at Gold tier with 4% cashback and experience a net loss of RM 500 in a week, you will receive RM 20 cashback credited to your account the following Monday. The higher your VIP tier, the greater the cashback percentage you enjoy — up to 10% for Diamond members.
VIP cashback at ibet789agent is processed without any manual claims required. Our system automatically calculates your cashback every week and credits the exact amount to your account. This is one of the most appreciated features among our long-standing ibet789agent VIP members.
From Platinum tier onwards, every ibet789agent VIP member is assigned a dedicated personal account manager available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This account manager isn't just standard support — they're someone who genuinely understands your needs as a VIP member and is ready to assist with account management, bonus enquiries, withdrawal processes, and anything else you need.
One of the key benefits of having a personal account manager is the ability to process withdrawals and special requests faster. Diamond VIP members enjoy the highest priority across all processes, with withdrawals typically processed in significantly less time compared to regular members.
The ibet789agent VIP Program goes beyond cashback percentages and higher betting limits. For Platinum and Diamond members, an entire world of privileges awaits — including exclusive birthday gifts credited directly to your account every year, surprise monthly rewards handpicked by our VIP team, and invitations to exclusive events held from time to time.
These gifts are more than just standard bonus credits. The ibet789agent VIP team is always thinking about what truly matters to our loyal members. From gift cards to exclusive game credits, every reward is carefully chosen to make sure you feel valued as part of the ibet789agent VIP community.
The good news — you don't need to register separately for the ibet789agent VIP program. Once you create an account and start playing, you're automatically in our VIP program at Bronze tier. From there, every wager you place earns VIP Points and brings you closer to a higher tier.
No complicated application process, no unreasonably high minimum deposit requirement to get started. The ibet789agent platform is designed so that all players — from newcomers to seasoned veterans — can enjoy the benefits of our VIP Program progressively, in line with their own level of activity.
